We are an independent optometric clinic located near North Sydney. A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a committed customer-service oriented person to join our Team at Neutral Bay. A commitment to positive customer interactions and an ability to build strong working relationships will be perfect for this role. The successful candidate will need to possess the following:

  • Background in retail sales
  • Experience in optical dispensing preferred but we can provide training if right applicant
  • Customer service focused
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player

The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skill with customers as well as our team members.

We are a high end boutique optometry practice in Sutherland seeking a vibrant individual to fulfil a sales and reception role.
In our optometry practice, you will have an opportunity to work closely with the customers, assist them with their frame and lens selections and other key tasks as required.

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:
Be willing and available to greet patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
Be dynamic and enjoy delivering exceptional patient service over the phone and face-to-face that will delight our patients
Be willing to learn to fit frames and select lenses
Have the ability to maintain office supplies, tidy practice environment and assist with enhancing the overall patient
Be willing to attend training courses when required

The successful applicant must be a fast learner, detail oriented, customer service-oriented, well presented, and excellent communication skills. Fashion retail experience is a must, optical experience is advantageous. Experience with Sunix practice software is beneficial.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar role.
