Carly is an Optical Trainer with the Australasian College of Optical Dispensing (ACOD). She joined the optical industry in 2016 and found her love for optics within a short period of time. She wanted to grow her knowledge, to help her customers with their optical needs. Carly completed her Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing with ACOD in 2017.
She has since gone on to work as Retail Manager at Specsavers sharing her optical knowledge, developing and training her team. Carly completed her Diploma in Leadership and Management in 2020.
