Pegah attended the University of Sydney where she received her B. Pharmacy, B. Dentistry (Honours) as well as a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies (Higher Education). Pegah has received prizes in Human Rights and Dentistry,  as well as Dental Ethics and Professional Responsibility. More recently, Pegah completed her Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and gained her Fellowship of the Higher education Academy (FHEA).

With extensive experience working in adult and higher education, as well as in community and hospital settings (both as a Pharmacist and as a General Dentist), Pegah brings a unique set of skills and experiences in clinical practice, education, training, assessment, as well as in management.

Her educational background includes: Development and delivery of Cert III and Cert IV in Dental Assisting courses in TAFE NSW and CIT Canberra, various workplace training positions in hospital and private practices, Clinical Education and Lecturer position at University of Sydney (DMD and BOH courses). Pegah has been a member of the Nobel Biocare Scientific committee and was involved in teaching and conducting hands-on-training courses in dental implants.

With such extensive experiences, Pegah brings with her a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals in ACOD.
